摘要
学位论文质量是衡量研究生培养质量的重要标志 ,提高学位论文质量必须强化制度创新 ,加强研究生招生制度、研究生学位论文指导制度、学位论文开题报告制度、学位论文评阅和答辩制度以及优秀学位论文评选奖励制度的改革和创新 ,通过严格规范的制度措施来有效地促进和保障学位论文质量的不断提高。
The thesis' quality is an important sign of measuring the quality of postgraduate training . It's necessary to strengthen system innovation , indudcing the of the postgraduate's enrollment system , the thesis -guiding system , the thesis-selecting system , the thesis-commenting-and-reputing system as well as excellent thesis-judging-and-rewarding system . These strict and standard systematic measures will be sure to promote and ensure the increasingly heightening of the thesis' quality efficiently .
