摘要
中国的公司治理经历了前公司治理时期、公司治理的准备期以及公司治理的转型期等几个时期。中国影响公司治理环境的根本原因是 :政府权力过大 ,市场体制不完善。中国公司治理环境变革的下一步目标是完成由政府为中心向市场为中心的转型。
The company control of China has undergone several stages such as pre-stage of company control, the preliminary stage of company control, and the transitional stage of company control. The fundamental reason for affecting the environment of company control of China is that government is too powerful and the market system is not perfect. The next step of the reform concerning the environment of company control of China is to complete the transition from being government centered to market centered. The process of this reform is also the perfecting process of the marketing economy of China.
