摘要
本文针对工程实施过程中存在的许多不确定性因素 ,从工程担保与工程保险的涵义出发 ,结合发达国家的先进经验和我国实际情况 。
On account of many uncertain factors in construction process, the paper analyzes the meaning of construction insurance and construction guarantee on the basis of our country's reality and other country's experience so as to put forward a proposal about our country's preventing system against proiect risk.
