摘要
核心竞争力是企业持续竞争优势之源。由于核心竞争力是企业长期积累起来的隐性知识 ,这造成了核心竞争力的识别困难。企业核心竞争力可以从内部和外部、企业资源和企业能力等方面进行识别。企业核心竞争力的培育是一个循环往复的过程。在核心竞争力的培育过程中应注意培养核心人才、打造核心技术、开发核心产品以及培养忠诚顾客等问题。
The core competition power is the fountain of sustained competitive superiority in an enterprise. The core competition power of an enterprise is difficult to identify, because that is recessive knowledge, which is accumulated for many years. The core competition power of an enterprise can be identified through investigating the state of the resources and the ability inside and outside the enterprise. The cultivation of core competition power in an enterprise is a circulating process. In the process of cultivating core competition power, these are important things that cultivating core talent employees, cultivating core technology, developing core products and cultivating loyal customers.
