摘要
随着经济建设的快速发展和综合国力的显著增强 ,新疆城市居民生活发生了历史性的巨大变化 ,消费水平和消费质量显著提高 ,消费环境明显改善 ,消费结构日益优化。但新疆城市居民消费方式仍不尽合理 ,缺乏预计消费意识 ,存在社会保障机制不健全等问题 ,影响国民经济持续、稳定的发展。要改变这种状况 ,必须稳步增加居民收入 ,拓宽消费领域 ,完善社会保障制度 ,培育良好的消费环境。
With the fast development of economic construction and the notable increase of general national power, there is a great historic change in Xinjiang urban residents' life .Consumption level and consumption quality have been enhanced notably ,consumption environment has been improved obviously ,consumption structure has been optimised. But the consumption pattern is not so rational and the consumption is random without any plan. Because of unsound social insurance mechanism and other problems, the steady and sustainable development of the national economy has been greatly affected. To change this situation, it is necessary and urgent to increase urban residents' income, increase residents' income stably,widen the consumption area,perfect the social insurance system, foster favourable consumption environment.
