摘要
针对当前我国中小企业的发展所面临的资金严重缺乏的经济运行环境,学者们提出了许多融资途径。为了使中小企业在运用这些融资途径时避免法律障碍,必须及时调整现行法律中阻碍中小企业发展的相关条文,如加快职工持股制度、二板市场以及专门银行与担保体系等相关方面的立法,建立和完善有关中小企业的法律规范体系。
As the economic environment for the development of Chinese middle and small enterprises is not very satisfactory for lack of funds, experts have given many means of raising money. In order to make these ways match the policies and laws and avoid legal obstacles, it is necessary to adjust the corresponding polices and laws which hinder the development of enterprises of medium scale, and quicken making the corresponding laws such as the system of employee sock ownership, the second board market , the special bank and the system of guarantee, and to establish and perfect the legal norm system about the enterprises of medium scale.
