摘要
本文从分析国际直接投资与东道国产业升级的内在关系出发,阐述了在特定的国际经济环境中我国利用国际直接投资推动产业升级的作用边界;为了增强国际直接投资产业升级效应,必须创造的环境与条件;以及跨国公司的直接投资在推动产业升级方面的局限性。作者认为,在开放经济与国际直接投资进入的条件下,我国实现超常规的技术发展和产业发展战略,仍然具有紧迫性。
Starting from an analysis of the internal relationship between foreign direct investment ( FDI) and the upgrading of the host country's industry, the author discusses the scope of upgrading China's industry by using FDI in a specific international economic climate, and the limitations of FDI in this aspect. The author believes our environment and conditions should be improved to better the efficiency of the upgrading by FDI. The author finally discusses the urgent strategic need for China's supernormal technological and industrial development under the conditions of an open economy and the entry of FDI.
