摘要
通过对七种木质材料水抽提液中单宁含量的定量分析,确定水解类单宁是引起石膏浆料缓凝的重要化学物质之一,木质原料水抽提液对石膏浆料凝固和石膏凝固体强度的影响与其中单宁含量不呈显著相关。此外,山杨制造石膏刨花板的试验表明:用柞木水抽提液取代80%的商用缓凝剂Retardan P是可行的。
A quantitive analysis on tannin contents of 7 kinds of wooden materials and their wafer extractives was given in this study. The results indicated that there are no significant relationship between, the tannin contents from water extractires of the wooden materials and setting of gypsum slurry as the strength of gypsum prism, although the hydrolyzable tannins can retarded the hydration of gypsum slurry severely. In addition, a result obtained from a experiment of manufacturing gypsum-bonded particlehoard made from populus showed that 80% of commercial retarder Retardan P can be replaced by the water, extractives-from oak barks.
