摘要
本文探讨了中国古代诗词的可译性 ,并对如何把古诗词中的“意美”、“音美”在翻译中再现出来提出了自己的见解。通过举例分析 ,显现不同译文的特点 ,指出中国古诗词并非不可译 ,古诗词的“意美”、“音美”在一定程度上是可以翻译的。
The paper expounds the possibility of translating classical Chinese verses and ditties, and of creating the beauty both in sense and sound in particular. By means of comparison between some examples, the paper indicates that good translation of classical Chinese verses and ditties is not beyond reach and to some extend, the beauty of traditional Chinese poems can be transferred in translation.
