摘要
通过多年来对体育专业学生中长跑教学与训练的经验和体会,总结出了训练青少年中长跑运动员的具体训练方法、手段,在指导中长跑运动员进行全年、多年、准备期、竞赛期和休整期等各个时期的系统训练过程,有直观地参考作用。
Owing to rich experience in the PE major students's middle-distance race and long-distance race teaching and training for many years,some practical methods are found and summed up for juvenile runners in middle-distance an long-distance race training.They are valuable in guiding the runners to well carry out systematical traning program during different periods,such as a year,several years,the preparation period,the game period and the rest and reorganization period.
