摘要
本文依据ISO9000标准和高校科技资源的特点,分析了高校科技资源的构成要素及相互关系,探讨了高校科技资源管理的基本要求,提出了优化高校科技资源配置应遵循的若干原则。
Based on the criteria of ISO9000 and the properties of the science and technology resources in universities, the present paper analyzes components of the science and technology resources in universities and their relationship, explores the basic requirement for the management of the science and technology resources in universities, and puts forward some principles for optimizing the allocation of the science and technology resources in universities.
