摘要
ZAS23过共晶铝硅合金(其含硅量达到21%~25%)与共晶(其含硅量为12%)铝硅合金相比,具有较低的线膨胀系数,更好的尺寸稳定性及耐磨性,质量小,高温强度及弹性模量较高等优点,故能减小配缸间隙,提高功率及转速,降低油耗及异响声,增长使用寿命。因而成为一种新型的内燃机活塞材料。
Compared with the eutetic silumin alloy (silicon concentration is 12%), the ZAS 23 Hyper-eutetic silumin alloy (silicon concentration of it is 21%——25%) has a lower ex- pansion factor, better dimentional stability and wear resistance and lower weight. And it has the advantages of higher high-temperature strength and elastic modulus. So it can minimize the cylinder clearance, raise the power and the rotation speed. Meanwhile it can reduce the fuel consumption and abnormal sound and elongate the working life. That's why it is re- garded as a new material for making IC engine pistons.
