摘要
微机自动检测系统是在机械激振式减振器示功特性自动检测的;系统采用价廉、功能较强的APPLE—Ⅱe微型计算机系统作为测控机;现介绍的减振器质量微机检测系统采用示功特性检验法对每只减振器进行检测,平均为1只/min,而且该系统对减振器示功特性畸变具有较强的识别能力;本检测系统采用全程比较方式,若实测之值偏离理论值±15%,三次中出现二次以上则该减振器视为不合格,否则为合格。
Automatic micro computer detectimg system developed bases upon the mechnical shock tester for shock absorber performance, uses micro computer control technology to detect au- tomatically to detect automatically the shock absorber performance. This system takes a cheaper and more tunctional APPLE--Ⅱ e computer systemas the detecting screen, disk ac- tuator and a printer. The computer system uses the performance indicating method to detect the performance of a shock absorber with an average rate of 1 unit/min, and has a high a- bility of identifying the distortion of performance indication property.
