二冲程汽油机扫气道的评价和设计原则在XF250发动机上的应用

摘要 二冲程发动机摩托车急速时气缸的有效压力波动周期与摩托车车体固有频率接近,因此容易引起共振,导致怠速振动较大;在常用转速时由于不正常燃烧往往会有不正常噪声;选择合适的扫气道可避免或减轻上述现象。对扫气道的评价方法有:扫气图评价法、充气系数评价法等。扫气道的设计原则是尽可能减少新鲜充量向排气口的短路损失。 The cycling rate of the effective pressure fluctuation of 2--stoke engine cylinder under when idling is quite similar to the natural frequency of motorcycle body. So it is likely to in- duce resonance and result in severe vibration at idle speed. At times of normal gear chang- ing, the abnormal noise is often heard because of the abnomal burning. Such phenomina can be avoided by choosing a suitable scavenging port. The method used for evaluation of scav- enging port includes scavenging graph evaluation, air filling coefficient evaluation, etc. The principle of scavenging port designing is to minimize short circuit losses resulting from the fresh air flowing to the scavenging port.
