往复式发动机的关键部件——活塞-连杆-曲柄机构不可避免地存在着不平衡惯性力,并由此造成很明显的外部震动;在动平衡计算中,动平衡计算不平衡质量分两部分;必须将不平衡质量所产生的力与活塞-连杆-曲柄机构的不平衡惯性力相抵销;迅达K80发动机的平衡系数为61%,不平衡质量为245.4g。
It is inevitable for the piston-conn rod-crank mechanism, the key components of a reciprocating engine to have unbalanced inertia force which causes obvious external vibration. when calculating the dynamic balance, the unbalanced mass is devided into two parts. The force produced by the unbalanced mass shall counteract the unbalanced inertia force of the piston-corm rod-crank mechanism. The balance factor of Zündapp K80 motorcycle engine is 61% and the unbalanced mass of it is 245.4g.
