摘要
本文对浸锑石墨进行了试验研究,结果表明这是一种具有良好自润滑性能的耐高低温和耐磨密封材料,可以替代进口产品广泛用于制作各种潜水电泵的导轴承和止推轴承,各类泵用机械密封静环和各种流量仪表轴承,以及高温或干摩擦条件下工作的轴瓦等。
The tribological properties of antimony impregnated graphite were studied in this paper. The results shown that this impregnated graphite is of the good self-lubricating property and it is a thermostable, and wear-resistant material. Antimony impregnated graphite can be used as the self-lubricating material for various underwater pump's guide and thrust bearingSi the seal ring of pump machinery, the bearings of different flowmeters and the step brass used for working conditions of high temperature and dry friction.
