铸铁表面化学沉积Ni-P镀层和Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的耐磨性研究 被引量:5

Study on Wear Resistance of Electroless Deposited Ni-P Plating and Ni-P-SiC Composite Coating on the Low-Alloy Cast Iron Surface

摘要 作者利用化学沉积法在低合金铸铁表面分别制取了Ni-P镀层和Ni-P-SiC复合镀层,并就两者的耐磨性与铸铁、磷化处理表面及Cr镀层的进行了对比试验研究。结果表明,Ni-P镀层的耐磨性比铸铁及磷化处理的好,但比Cr镀层和Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的差,并以后者的为最佳。 The Ni-P plating and Ni-P-SiC composite coating were prepared using electroless deposite method on the surface of low-alloy cast iron. The wear properties of both platings were tested compared with that of cast iron, phosphatizing surface and chromium plating. The results are as follows: a. The electroless deposited Ni-P[7.0%(wt)] plating is a supersaturated sosoloid, and the Ni3P phase can be precipitated under heat treatment at 175-350℃ temperature for 1 hour, so the hardness increases obviously, when the heat treatment temperature is higher than 400℃ the hardness decreases rapidly, but the wear volume still decreases continuously. b. Not only the Ni-P-SiC composite coating's hardness is high, but also its wear resistance is better than that of Ni-P plating, chromium plating, cast iron substrate and phosphatizing surface, under the given conditions the wear volume of Ni-P-SiC composite coating is the lowest.
