摘要
通过考察里耶秦简中的"除邮人"简,探讨了秦代官府文书的传递方式和当时的邮驿制度。秦代邮人由邮所在乡的乡啬夫从当地平民中选用,并由县令或县尉批准。邮设置在交通要道,只负责传递制书、急书等重要官府文书。张家山汉简中每一邮的邮人数量、邮与邮之间的距离等,都有具体规定,应当是继承秦代的制度。
This article does some textual researches on the documents about postmen appointment in the Liye strips of Qin period, and discusses the delivery of official documents and the system of postal service in Qin period.In Qin period, the postmen were selected from the civilian near the post by xiang-sefu(countryside official), then approved by the heahs of the county. Posts were set up along trunk roads and delivered only important official documents such as imperial edicts or dispatches. According to the Han strips of Zhangjiashan, there was specific preescription about the postmen number of each post and the distance between the posts nearby, which ought to follow the system of Qin period.
