摘要
以三点误差分离原理为基础,提出了圆柱度误差测量的理论模型。运用计算机控制技术,在高精度外圆磨床上实现了圆柱度的临床测量及校正磨削。磨削φ65×600mm·mm试件,一次往复纵磨,圆柱度精度达1.5μm。
On the basis of three-point error separation method, a mathematical model for themeasurement of cylindricity error is proposed. Through micro computer control, the on line measure-ment and correcting grinding of cylindricity are realized on a high precision cylindrical grinder. Whena workpiec, sise φ65×600 mm·mm, is ground with just one reciprocating traverse grinding process,the cylindricity is up to 1. 5μm.
