摘要
砂带磨削中,表面粗糙度是被磨工件表面质量的一个重要的技术指标。为了获得较低的表面粗糙度,特别是在要求获得尽可能高的磨抛效率时,必须选择适当的磨削条件和相应的配套技术。本文在大量试验的基础上,系统分析了各种磨削条件对表面粗糙度影响的规律,并对优化条件进行了探讨,通过生产验证,证明效果良好。
Workpiece surface roughness is an important technical index in evaluating the ground quality of belt grinding. In order to obtain lower surface roughness, especlally when maximum grindingefficiency is demanded, it's necessairy to choose appropriate grindingconditions and related technique. In this paper, analysis is made onthe effecting rules of grinding conditions upon the ground surface rou-ghness, and, based on the experiments, discussion is made on the opti-mized conditions. It is proved through production that the optimizedconditions assure excellent results.
