摘要
当今世界,经济全球化的趋势越来越明显。信息技术作为最具潜力的新的生产力,必将成为社会发展的重要战略资源。农业作为国民经济的基础产业,其信息化已成为各国社会建设的重点组成部分。针对中国的农业和农村的一些情况,阐述了如何加快农业信息化进程,带动农业和农村经济跨越式发展的问题。
In this world today,the trend of economic globalization is becoming more and more evident. As the most potential new productivity, information techonology will inevitably become the important strategic resource for the development of the society. Agriculture is the fundermental department of the national economy and its informa-tionization has become an essential part in the development of society in every country. Based on the facts in Chinese agriculture and rural area, this article described how to accelerate the process of agriculture informationization in order to realize the stride-development of agriculture and rural area economy.
