摘要
应用非线性有限元法 ,综合材料非线性、几何非线性、边界非线性 ,利用三维壳单元建模、边界非线性 (接触 )对层间关系 ,使层间形成接触对 ,建立多层波纹管非线性有限元模型。经过在AN SYS平台上进行的非线性有限元分析计算和实验比较 ,得出计算结果和试验数据基本吻合。同时研究结果也证明了这是一种比较准确的研究方法 。
The paper put forward a 3D shell model and gave a description of the relations between the layers with the use of nonlinear theory including material non-linearity,geometrical non-linearity,boundary non-linearity. As a result the contact pairs of layers were formed and the model of multiply bellows was established. The results of ANSYS and the datum of experiments were accordant.The model based on the paper was proved to be better in simulating the multiply bellows.
