摘要 本文总结了作者多年来的理论工作与实践经验,从理论上论述了电破乳过程的机理,并探讨了实际的交流、直流、脉冲电场破乳的过程。简要地叙述了乳状液的粘度、相体积比、温度等对电破乳的影响,分析了破乳过程中遇到的问题及解决办法。 In this paper,the theorectical work and practical experiense of outhors for many years were summarized ,and the mechanism of electric field emulsion-breakdown was theoretically discussed, the processes of practically electric field emulsion-breakdown by AC, DC and PC were also inquired into. The influeces of viscosity in emulsion, volume ratio of phases and temperature on electric emulsion-breakdown are briefly described,and the problems occurred in the process of electric emulsion-breakdown and its solving methods are analyzed too.
