摘要
本文用间歇式搅拌槽进行了乳化液膜萃取Cu(Ⅰ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的实验,阐明了用D2EHPA、PC-88A、CYANE×272均可进行Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)分离,萃取能力按D2EHPA>PC-88A>CYANE×272大小排列。实验还阐明了萃取过程中可以忽略液膜破损、溶胀、包裹等因素影响。
In this work, the extraction of Cu (Ⅱ) and Zn (Ⅱ) with emulsion liquid membrane was carried out in a batch stirred tank. It was found that separation of Cu (Ⅱ) and Zn (Ⅱ) could be done by using D2EHPA, PC-88A, CYANEX272 and their extractive capability is D2EHPA>PC-88A>CYANEX272. The experimental results also thow that the effect of the breaking, swelling and capsulate of liquid membrane on the extractive process can be neglected.
