摘要
气象服务合同作为一种新生事物,该文通过论证,将其界定为是一种新型服务合同,指出了它在主体、客体等方面不同于其他服务合同的法律特征,并对合同当事人的权利义务和合同的消灭进行了论述。
The article proves that the weather forecast service contract is a kind of new service contract and shows its legal fealures different from other service contracts in both subject and object. It also discusses the right and the obligatiem of both parties and abolishment of the contract.
