摘要
利用"地星土地变更调查信息系统"软件,建立1∶10000土地利用现状数据库(简称建库)。面积误差主要来源于原始资料、扫描过程、矢量化过程和数据处理程序。通过计算机自动产生的面积与图幅的理论面积进行的误差分析和以统计一级地类面积为对象进行的误差分析表明,用"地星土地变更调查信息系统"软件进行建库工作,完全能达到国土资源部建库的精度和目前国土部门的数据转换,即由"详查数据+历年变更数据模式"向土地利用数据库数据转换。
The land use database with the proportion of 1∶10000 was set up by using LANDSTAR software. The area's errors of land use primarily come from the primitive materials, scanning and digitizing processes and data processing procedures. By analyzing the errors between the theoretical area and the autocalculated area by the computer and of grade A land use area, the research can arrive at the accuracy of setting up database and meet the demands of transitional model of data raised by the Ministry of Land and Resources.
