通过对三峡工程建设 10年来的融资策略及实践的总结 ,深入分析了大型水电项目的融资及资本运作的基本特点 ,详细论述了在大型水电项目建设管理中如何优化融资结构、降低融资成本、构建持续融资和资本运作载体方式等。
By summing up the financing strategies and practices in the ten years construction of the Three Gorges Project, the paper analyzes thoroughly the features and characteristics of financing and capital operations in large hydropower projects. Meanwhile proposals have also been presented for the optimization of financing structure, lowering financing costs and setting up a carrier for sustainable financing and capital operations in large hydropower project construction.
