摘要
肥胖是最为常见的营养障碍性疾病,发病过程比较复杂,危害严重,肥胖与遗传、营养的摄入、运动能量的消 耗等多种因素有关。本文主要介绍肥胖的分类、危害与可能的机制以及肥胖的治疗。
Obesitv is a common nutritional obslacle disease. Proceeding is very eomplicated and harmlulness is serious. Aetu-ally, obesity is caused by many factors such us heredity, nutrilion inlake, energy expenditure, etc. This paper introcluced calegory, harmfulness, mechanism and therapy of obesity.
