摘要
通过对 9个籼型不育系和 9个籼型恢复系配成的 81个组合的播始历期等 5个性状的配合力分析 ,结果表明 ,各亲本一般配合力因性状而异。播始历期的一般配合力效应不育系以K2 6A最小 ,恢复系以成恢 44 8最小 ;株高一般配合力效应不育系以K2 2A最小 ,恢复系以成恢 44 8最小 ;每穗总粒数的一般配合力效应不育系以丰 8A最大 ,恢复系以成恢 44 8最大 ;千粒重的一般配合力效应不育系以K18A最大 ,恢复系以镇恢 2 41最大。单株产量的一般配合力效应不育系以K18A最大 ,恢复系以中 413最大 ;单株产量的特殊配合力效应值最大的组合是K2 6A 镇恢 12 2、协青早A OM0 0 4和 98-12A 中 413等。各组合的超亲优势以每穗总粒数最大 ,竞争优势以株高最大。用这些亲本配组约有三分之一的组合在单株产量上能超过汕优 63。
The combining ability of 18 indica type parents, including 9 CMS lines and 9 restorer lines, was analyzed in 5 economic characters, i.e., plant height (PH), days to heading (DH), spikelets per panicle (SP), 1 000 grain weight (TGW) and grain weight per plant (GWP). The results showed that the general combining ability (gca) of the parents varied with the characters. Among the CMS lines, K26A and K22A had the smallest gca values in PL and DH, respectively, K18A biggest in both TGW and GWP, and Feng 8A biggest in SP. Among the restorer lines, Chenghui 448 had the smallest gca values in PL and DH, but biggest in SP; Zhenhui 241 and Zhong 413 had the biggest gca values in TGW and GWP, respectively. Among the hybrids, K26A/Zhenhui 122, Xieqingzao A/OM004 and 98-12A/Zhong 413 had the biggest specific combining ability (sca) values in GWP. In terms of the performance of heterosis in the characters, SP showed the largest heterobeltiosis while PL showed the largest standard heterosis. About one third of the tested F 1 hybrids were superior to the check Shanyou 63 in GWP.
