摘要
介绍了中厚板力学性能试验数据管理系统的数据库结构及软件界面特点,此系统可取代试验室检验数据的人工记录和运算,同时还可实现自动登记、计算、修约、报告打印、性能趋势监控和统计分析,对钢厂检验室进行数据管理和产品质量的监控,对试验机生产厂家用来完善试验机软件功能,都有一定的应用和参考价值。
The structure of the data base and the characteristic of the software interface of the database system for digital documentation management of the mechanical property test of medium plate was introduced. Using this system can not only replace the original paper test record by the digital documentation, but also realize a lot of automatic functions such as recording, calculation, calibration, printing the report, monitoring the tendency of property and making statistic. It is very useful for both the information management of steelworks and to perfect the software for the test machine.
