摘要
通过比较竞争对手的研发能力、营销能力和资金能力来分析竞争对手组建合资研发组织(RJV)的可行性。构建的模型得出结论:在竞争对手计划在相同时间开始研发同样新产品的情况下,当竞争对手的研发能力一样或很接近时,都会有积极性进行合资研发;当研发能力不等时,竞争对手进行合资研发的决策主要受各方的营销能力的影响;一方研发能力弱,独立研发时的收益小于研发成本,无法进行合资研发;当研发能力强的一方,由于缺乏研发资金而无法独立研发时,竞争对手仍有可能邀请它进行合资研发;当研发成本高昂,各企业都无能力进行独立研发时,只要通过谈判,满足各方的预期收益,进行合资研发将是它们的占优策略。
Through comparing rivals' capabilities on R/D, sales and finance, this paper makes analysis of feasibility of establishing RJV by rivals. The conclusion of the model presented in this paper is that: on the condition that rivals are expected to do R/D activities at the same time, when rivals' capabilities on R/D are same or extremely close, the rivals have incentive to establish one RJV;when rivals' capabilities on R/D are different, the decisions by rivals to establish RJV are mainly affected by rivals' sales capabilities; when one rival has too weak R/D capability to do R/D activity independently, it is impossible to establish RJV with other rival; when the rival has no enough fund to do R/D activity but with stronger R/D capabilities, it is possible for other rival to invite this rival to establish RJV; because R/D expenditure is too large, no rival can bears it, establishing RJV by rivals will be their best choice if income satisfy their expected income.
