摘要
在H_2SO_4-KBr介质中,碘酸根能氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ使之褪色,且褪色的程度与KIO_3的存在量呈线性关系,借此建立了分光光度法测定碘的新方法。在选定条件下,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为530nm,碘的含量在0~4mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.07×10~3m^2/mol。方法简单、快速、准确、选择性好,在用于测定加碘食盐中的微量碘时,结果满意。
A new spectrophotometric determination of iodine based on the decoloration of arsenazoⅢ by io-
date in H_2SO_4 medium is reported. The maximum absorption is at 530nm. Beer's law is obeyed from 0 to
4mg/L for iodine. The apperent molar absorptivity is 2.07×103m^2/mol.The method has been used for the
determination of iodine in celery salt with satisfactory results.
