摘要
通过对老年心血管病患者术前进行心理护理 ,术中采取科学的麻醉方法与拔牙技术相结合等方法 ,以及老年心血管病患者安全有效的拔牙和防止心血管意外的有效方法进行探讨 ,结果在 74例各型心血管病患者中有6 8例顺利完成拔牙手术 ,从而发现老年心血管病患者术前制定完善的治疗方案 ,安全拔牙是可能的 .
Objective:It was intended to research on the effective measures for secure teeth extraction to avoid accidents when treating old cardiovascular disease patients.Method:Psychological nursing was used for the patients before extraction. Both reasonable anesthetic method and perfect operational technique were applied in teeth extraction.Result:Among 74 patients who suffered from various types of cardiovascular diseases, 68 experienced teeth extraction safely.Conclusion: It is possible for cardiovascular disease patients of old age to undergo teeth extraction successfully with a carefully considered treatment method.
