摘要
在水温 19.0~ 2 4 .0℃时 ,测定水体DO值 .在流水情况下 ,对日本沼虾和秀丽白虾不同时刻对水体DO值的影响情况进行比较 ,试验对象为充分曝气的自来水 .结果表明 ,日本沼虾和秀丽白虾对水体DO值的影响具有昼夜节律性 .随虾的耗氧变化其影响高峰出现在中午 12 :0 0 ,低谷在凌晨 2 :0 0 ,且日本沼虾对DO值的影响大于秀丽白虾 .
The dissolved oxygen content was surveyed when the water temperature range from 19.0~24.0℃. The situations that Macrobrachium nipponensis and Exopalaemon modestus affect DO values are compared in flowing water. The results show that the affection is the highest at 12:00p.m. the lowest at 2:00a.m. with the change of the oxygen consumption rate. And the influence of Macrobrachinm nipponensis is more than that of Exopalaemon modestus .
