When the inverse power is supplied for electric spindle, there are some problems such as high waste, high temperature raise and failure increase etc. The countermeasure adopted in electromagnetism design of electric spindle is expatiated. By comparing test of three kind of electric spindles, a series of the load parameters and saving energy data are measured.
