摘要
采用有限元技术,开发了预测耦合三维移动零件—润滑油膜—零件系统非稳态温度分布的热传导计算软件。通过将润滑油膜假设为一维热阻,建立了移动零件—润滑油膜—零件之间的传热联系,并建立了三维系统的离散模型。建立了基于上述模型的有限元理论,并采用新的数值技术求解了大而复杂的刚度矩阵,采用适当的方法解决了离散系统系数矩阵中由于移动边界条件引起的移动数组的存储和系数矩阵的消元。利用开发的软件计算了相应耦合模型的传热过程。
3D heat transfer computer program ofcoupling moving component--lubricant film--componentsystem is successfully developed for predicting the distri-bution of temperature in the component system, in whichthe finite element technology has been employed. Theheat transfer relationship of the system has been estab-lished and 3D discrete model of the system is obtainedwith the hypothesis of thinking the lubricant fitm as 1Dheat resistance. Some appropriate ways have been em-ployed to deal with the moving arrays in the stiffness ma-trix caused by moving boundary conditions The softwarehas been employed to analyze a model.
