摘要
提出了全新的自由曲面微调整技术的概念。针对自由曲面前照灯配光设计、EDM电极平动补偿等实际问题,研究出具体的解决方案及实现算法。同时为了输出微调整结果,开发了规范化的IGES数据接口,保证了与通用CAD/CAM系统间的数据通讯。
Amini—modificationtechnology of free-form surface is proposed in this paper.Shape design andstyling solutions based on this technology can help to re-solve the problems in many fields such as free-form re-flector design and the compensation of electrode’s shakein EDM.In addition,a standard data interface is devel-oped to guarantee the exchange of data information be-tween CAD/CAM systems.
