摘要 对采用多种复合材料的高速储能飞轮临界转速与极限转速的确定进行了研究,提出了相应的分析方法和强度条件,并应用有限元法对一种混合动力汽车飞轮电池中的复合材料飞轮进行了计算,对飞轮的临界转速与极限转速的协调设计进行了探讨,最后得到一种临界转速和极限转速较为协调的典型复合材料飞轮的设计方案。计算分析表明,对于由金属材料、非金属材料和多种复合材料组成的飞轮应用有限元法确定临界转速和强度极限转速并对其进行协调非常有效。 In this paper determination of the critical rotational speed and the limiting rotational speed of a en-ergy storage composite flywheel is studied which is com-posed of several different composite materials, and thecorresponding analytical method and the strength condi-tions of the flywheel are put forward. Then a typicalcomposite flywheel with high speed in hybrid electricalvehicle flywheel battery is calculated by finite elementmethod and the coordination of the critical rotationalspeed and the limiting rotational speed of the flywheel isdiscussed. Finally a coordinated design of the typical fly-wheel is obtained. The analyses and calculations indicatethat the determination of the critical rotational speed andthe limiting rotational speed by finite element method isspecially effective for the high speed flywheel composedof metal material and several different composite materi-als.
