对SCB-Ⅱ型单片机掉电保护电路作了具体分析,发现其存在的不足,并对其进行了改进,收到了好的教学效果。
The article specifically analyze the protection-power down circuit of SCB-II microcomputer and find it is not so good. So we have improved and get better education effect.
