基于Park矢量模平方函数的异步电动机转子故障检测方法研究 被引量:55

A METHOD FOR DETECTING ROTOR FAULTS IN ASYNCHRONOUS MOTORS BASED ON THE SQUARE OF THE PARK’S VECTOR MODULUS

摘要 提出了一种基于Park矢量模平方函数的高分辨率谱分析的异步电动机转子导条断裂故障检测方法,仿真研究结果表明,在短数据情况下,相对FFT分析技术而言,该方法频率分辨率更高,故障检测更为准确, 且计算量小,有利于电机故障实时状态监测。实验证明,将该方法应用于异步电机转子故障检测,可准确检测出异步电动机在转子导条断裂时在定子电流中的故障特征成分,方法切实可行。 Based on the square of the Park抯 Vector modulus, a high-resolution spectral analysis method for detecting broken rotor bars faults in asynchronous motors is presented. Compared with FFT analysis method, it is higher in resolution of frequency, more accurate in fault detection and less in computational complexity , which is useful in real-time monitoring. Experimental results show that the fault characteristic components can be obtained accurately through the method presented in this paper even with small samples when the occurrence of rotor bars broken in asynchronous motors, and that the feasibility of the method is confirmed.
