摘要
提出变频调速系统控制细纱机偏心凸轮成型机构的算法.介绍了单片机同步控制传动装置的原理及其软硬件实现,并通过实验进行了分析.运行结果表明:该控制系统调节方便,运行可靠,能够满足实际应用的需要.
This article puts forward a control algorithm of variable frequency and adjustable speed of an eccentric cam being applied to the shaping mechanism of ring spinning frames. The principle of the synchro drive device controlled by a single chip microcomputer and its realizations of software and hardware are introduced, and the experimental results are analyzed. The conclusions of experience prove that it is quite convenient to adjust; the control system and the operation is reliability, moreover the needs of operation are met.
