摘要
周仲瑛教授就非典型肺炎的病因病机、发展演变、辨证处方、预防等方面提出了独特的见解。认为发病与感受“非时之气”及伏邪相关 ;病变由表入里 ,顺三焦传变 ,若热毒炽盛 ,亦可逆传心包 ,甚则内闭外脱 ;病变主脏在肺 ,病性属实 ,可由实致虚 ;主要病理因素为热毒、湿毒、瘀毒。临证当以三焦辨证为主导 ,结合卫气营血辨证 ,根据病情分期、分度、分证施治 ;还应把握邪正之间的关系 ,注意证候动态变化 ,灵活应用辨证施治 ,充分发挥中医药优势。
Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying has put forward his distinctive opinions on the pathogenesis, development, treatment and prevention of SARS. He believes that the occurrence of SARS is related to invasion of “qi of extraordinary weather conditions' and insidious pathogens; the pathological changes occur from the exterior to the interior along the triple energizer, and the hyperactive heat toxin may attack the pericardium and lead to loss of consciousness and collapse; the pathological changes occur mainly in the lung which is excess in nature, and the excess syndrome may change into deficiency syndrome; and the main pathogenic factors are heat toxin, damp toxin and blood stasis. The differentiation of syndromes should be based mainly on the theory of the triple energizer and the theory of the defensive, qi, nutrient and blood systems and treatment should be given according to different phases, severity and syndromes of the disease. In addition, attention should also be paid to the relationship between the anti-pathogenic factors and pathogenic factors, the changes of the syndromes, the flexible application of syndrome differentiation and giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
