摘要
通过将超声波能量施于铰刀 ,使其以超声频振动进行干式铰孔的工艺方法 ,试验研究超声波激振干式铰孔对加工精度。
This paper studies the test of the dry reaming technology by applying ultrasonic vibration to the reamer. The comparative tests on reaming accuracy and surface roughness are carried out. The research shows that this method can significantly improve the machining precision and the surface quality. The reaming regulations are tested.
