摘要
应用BP神经网络建立了脉冲电化学机械复合光整加工的模型 ,并通过该模型对加工试验的零件表面粗糙度进行了预测 ,结果与实验数据有较好的一致性 。
On account of the pulse electrochemistry machine compound polishing is a complex process, it is difficult to build a precise mathematical model of the processing. In this paper built the model for pulse electrochemistry machine compound polishing based on the BP Artificial Nerve Network (ANN). Finally predicted the roughness of machined surface by the model, the results of prediction are in accord with the test results. The model may be used as the reference model for the theory study and practical application of the pulse electrochemistry machine polishing.
