The precision turning technology to machine micro electrodes

摘要 对微细电极的精密车削工艺进行了研究 ,用人造金刚石刀具 ,加工出直径 7μm的微细电极 ,用车削的 1 1 μm微细电极成功地加工出 1 9μm的微细孔。研究结果表明 ,在微细电极的加工中 ,切削用量不仅对电极表面质量产生影响 。 Adopting man made diamond tools, the precision turning techniques to machine micro electrodes were researched, and 7 μm diameter micro electrodes were fabricated. A 19 μm diameter micro hole has been successfully machined by using a 11 μm diameter micro electrode. The results of the research indicated that during the processes to turn micro electrodes, the cutting conditions not only affected the surface qualities of micro electrodes, but also concerned if micro electrodes can be formed.
