摘要
运用有限元法对宝钢 1BF大钟拉杆进行了应力分析和强度计算 ,并采用断裂力学理论对大钟拉杆内部缺陷进行了评估 ,确定了大钟拉杆安全使用的极限 :直杆部位允许最大磨损量 1 6mm ,内部允许最大当量缺陷5 .8mm。为大钟拉杆设备状态控制提供了依据 。
Stress of the large bell pull rod for Baosteel No.1 BF has been analyzed,and its strength has been calculated with the finite element method.Inner defects of the large bell pull rod are evaluated with the fracture mechanics theory.The limitation for safe use of the pull rod has been ascertained:the permitted biggest abrasion extent for the pull rod is 16mm;the internal permitted largest equivalent defect is 5.8mm.It provides basis for the device status control and ensures ample time to deal with the unusual abrasion of the pull rod of No.1BF.
