生产工艺流程改造是企业常见的技术改造问题。对此许多企业往往只注重技术问题 ,忽略综合经济效益 ,在条件的选项和因素的分析上不采取科学的办法 ,结果往往使技术改造技术上可行 ,经济上不合理。三山岛金矿采用决策树法确定氰化工艺扩建改造方案获得成功 ,这表明科学的决策 ,才能带来良好的效果。
The decision-tree method and its application to program selection for extension of cyanide circuit are introduced.Due to a number of enterprises only pay attention to technical aspects overlooking synthetic economic benefit,the remoulding program is often feasible technically but unreasonable economically.Sanshandao gold mine has made success in the application of decision-tree method to its program selection for extension of cyanide circuit.Its experiences are available for reference.
