摘要
吴鞠通对温病卫气营血的治疗 ,取其在卫辛凉轻清透邪之剂 ,在气、在气 (营 )血两燔时 ,宜用甘寒救津之品。病邪深入下焦 ,伤及肝肾 ,水竭液涸 ,宜用甘寒生津 ,咸寒滋肾 ,滋阴熄风 ,甘酸敛津之法 。
In the treatment of seasonal febrile diseases, WU Jutong applied drugs of pungent, cool, and light nature to let out pathogens at the initial stage, and drugs of sweet and cold nature to preserve fluid when pathogens start to invade the interior. When the lower energizer is attacked, and liver and kidney impaired, drugs of sweet and cold nature capable of producing fluid, those of salty and cold nature able to nourish yin and stop wind, as well as those of sweet and sour nature able to preserve fluid should be used to dispel pathogenic heat and preserve fluid as well.
