摘要
采用化学处理方法 ,对木钙进行改性 ,对松香进行皂化 ,并与表面活性剂进行复合。该外加剂可完全取代石灰、提高砂浆的和易性和粘结性 ,并具有保水、减水、早强等功能 ,可大大降低砂浆外加剂的成本 ,拓宽了木钙的应用范围。
Adopt the chemical method,carry on the sapo ni fication to the lignin sulfonic acid calcium,and compound with the surface-acti ve agent.This admixture can totally replace lime,improving apt and cohesiveness of mortar,having the function of holding water,reducing water and improving the ea rly strength.In this way,it can reduce the cost of extra agent greatly and widen the range of application of lignin sulfonic acid calcium.
