摘要
在乙醇介质中,由2,6 二氯 4 硝基苯胺经重氮化脱氨基合成3,5 二氯硝基苯,重氮化和脱氨基一步完成,3,5 二氯硝基苯收率达75%以上。以硫酸铜为催化剂,物料比n(2,6 二氯 4 硝基苯胺)∶n(乙醇)∶n(硫酸)=1∶22 5∶4,加入亚硝酸钠,在70℃反应2 5h,得3,5 二氯硝基苯。反应过程中无棕色的二氧化氮废气产生,酸耗量少。对影响反应收率的各种因素如硫酸用量、乙醇用量、反应温度、时间、催化剂用量等进行了研究。
2,6Dichloro4nitroaniline reacted in the presence of ethanol to give 3,5dichloronitrobenzene through diazotization and deamination reactions.Thus,1 mol 2,6dichloro4nitroaniline,225 mol ethanol and copper sulfate as catalyst were treated with 4 mol H2SO4 and NaNO2 at 70 ℃,and the mixture was stirred for 25 h to give 3,5dichloronitrobenzene.The process was satisfactory in respect of high yield above 75% and little pollution of waste acid and waste gas.Also many factors which affected the yield such as amounts of sulfuric acid and ethanol,reaction temperature and time,and amount of the catalyst were studied.
